The Katahdin Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite you to this year’s IN PERSON annual meeting at the Big Moose Inn.

Seared Salmon with a lemon caper sauce, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and asparagus

Grilled Flat Iron Steak with lobster butter, smashed red bliss potatoes, and green beans

Timbale, Layered zucchini, yellow squash, mozzarella, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, onion with bechamel and pomodoro sauce

Roast Chicken with au jous, herb roasted potatoes, and green beans

All entrees are served with a petite garden salad and housemade bread
