✨ Join Us for a Free In-Person Poetry Workshop with Annaliese Jakimides! ✨ As part of the Write ME project, poet Annaliese Jakimides will lead an inspiring epistolary poetry workshop! This free workshop invites you to explore the art of letter-style poetry, creating pieces addressed to friends, family, wolves, seed pods, and more—the possibilities are endless! Jakimides writes, “In this workshop, we'll explore the wide variety of epistolary (letter!) forms in poetry and write funny, sad, brilliant poems to friends and family, wolves and seed pods, world leaders, the living and the dead (the possibilities are endless).” Annaliese Jakimides’s prose and poetry have been published in magazines, journals, and anthologies, including Alive to This (2024), The Memory Palace (2024), and the award-winning Breaking Bread: Essays from New England on Food, Hunger, and Family (2023), and cited in national competitions.
